- Deliverables:
1. The INVESTOR shall build, establish, equip, manage, operate and maintain an Ultra-Modern Diagnostic Imaging Research Centre for radiological services.
2. UDS shall provide parcel of land at the Dungu-Tamale Campus for the facility.
3. The UDS/INVESTOR shall establish a memorandum of Agreement for the operation of the facility
4. INVESTOR shall be responsible for assessing and recruiting suitably qualified professionals applying to work in the FACILTY
5. INVESTOR shall be responsible for costs associated with the construction of the building, furnishing, procurement and installation of the imaging and ICT equipment, and electrical power supply to the building as well as other cost of maintenance, operations and management
6. UDS shall assist the INVESTOR to acquire the relevant licenses for the operation of the facility.
7. UDS/INVESTOR shall collaborate for students and staff to use facility for practical training and research.
8. Other relevant conditions shall be determined in the Memorandum of Agreement that will be signed with the potential investor.
