- 1. SCOPE FOR ASSIGNMENT
Selected Consultants will be required to provide Technical Supervision Services for the construction of 1No. Astroturf Pitch at Odumasi O.U. Park.
2. EXPERTISE REQUIRED
The Consultant should be a single legal entity with all the required expertise or can have a joint venture arrangement with other consulting firms to enhance their capacity and competencies for quality service delivery and to make available a bigger pool of professionals for successful completion of the assignment. The key personnel required for the assignment should not be limited in the following: Project Manager, Civil or Structural Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Environmental/Landscape Specialist, and Electrical/Mechanical Engineer. All members of the consultancy team must be in good standing with their respective professional bodies.
3. CRITERIA FOR SELECTION
Scoring for Consultant’s qualification will be done in accordance with the following criteria:
Firm’s Legal Status-Experience in Similar Assignments, Availability of Key Staff with appropriate competencies.
