- The scope of the project is to:
• Develop a roadmap for optimizing (in alignment with relevant best practices and VRA’s digital transformation agenda) Microsoft products, systems and services to be uncovered within VRA’s IT landscape after an assessment of their state of operation together with the quantity and quality of the human resources managing the systems.
• Design and organize relevant training for the VRA internal team managing the systems.
