- 2. The Ghana Health Service now invites sealed Tenders (“Tenders”) from the eligible and qualified Construction firms registered with the Ministry of Works and Housing (“Tenderers”) to provide the works referenced above based on National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 Act 663 and the Amendment Act 2016, Act 914 of the Republic of Ghana.
3. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased from Ghana Health Service Headquarters Finance Division, from Friday 8th September 2023 from 8:30am to 4:30pm local time, Ministries Accra by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 500.00) for each set of Tender Documents. The method of payment will be by cash payable to Ghana Health Service in Accra
