KsTU intends to undertake the project through National Competitive Tendering to lease a parcel of land within the university campus to a suitable investor to construct hostel for its student. The university would sub-lease the land to the prospective developer on agreed terms and conditions. The developer is expected is finance the hostel project through its own funding arrangements without recourse to KsTU and within agreed terms and conditions of the agreement and related investment recovery plan. The implementation of the Hostel Project will include financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of the hostel facility over the terms of years agreed in the Sub-Lease.
