- The scope of the assignment includes but not limited to the following:
• Making preliminary study of the project and submit preliminary report summarising the requirements and making recommendations on suitable systems to be adopted for the project.
• Provision of Architectural and Engineering Design Services (Pre-contract and post- contract)
• Prepare cost estimates for the project
• Prepare tender documents
• Assist with the procurement of a suitable contractor for the project
• On-site supervision of the construction of the works
• Certify the payment claims, practical completion and final completion of the works.
