- The required services will include the following;
. To assess the impact of the training on the performance of Individuals, Public Entities and the Private Sector as far as the implementation of the Act is concerned. The skills and training needs analysis conducted in 2006 will serve as a baseline data;
. Assess other Stakeholders’ appreciation of the Act 663 as informed by Communications materials developed by the Public Procurement Authority.
