- The scope of work will cover the following:
a. The development of an IT strategy to support an overall business strategy of the GSS.
b. The definition of an Enterprise Architecture, which is a holistic framework of people, process, and technology intensely focused on achieving business goals and objectives. The Enterprise Architecture will involve the Business, Applications, Information/Data and Technical Architectures. It will also include a Security Architecture.
c. The review of existing IT orgnisational structure at GSS and recommend the appropriate orgnisational structure and an IT Governance Model for the Integrated GSS System.
