- The Consulting Services to be provided would include the following;
1. Prepare Terms of Reference (TOR) for the development and implementation of ERP Software for the Council
2. Request pre-qualified service providers to submit both Technical and Financial proposals
3. Open and evaluate Technical and Financial proposals
4. Recommend most economic and advantageous service providers for the award of contract to develop the ERP software; and
5. Make any other recommendation which will further enhance the acquisition and implementation process of the ERP software;
6. Supervise the project to completion and final handing over to the Council.
