- The Government of Ghana has received financing from the African Development Fund (ADF) in various currencies towards the cost of the Ghana Institutional Support Project to Oversight and Private Sector Development Institutions (GISP) and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to payments under the contract for the Development of Training Modules for Contract Management for the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) under the GISP
The services included under this project are as follows
a) Review the existing Contract Management Manuals for Goods, Works and Services;
b) Develop Contract Management training modules / materials;
c) Develop a Training Plan for rolling out the Training; and
d) Facilitate a Training of Trainers Session for the PPA’s Pool of Trainers who will deliver training to the target groups using the Manuals and the Training Modules.
The GISP/PPA now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (Profiles, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification.
Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank’s “Rules and Procedures for the use of Consultants†[May 2008 Edition, Revised July 2012], which is available on the Bank’s website at http://www.afdb.org.
A consultant will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS)
