- The University of Ghana is interested in exploring the possibility of engaging a Service Provider with demonstrable experience and capability in providing it with a Bulk Printing Sion.
The University regularly prints a lot of documents for academic and administrative processes. The University of Ghana is interested in finding an efficient cost-effective sion to making bulk copies of regular and sensitive materials.
The University of Ghana now invites eligible Service Providers to indicate their interest in providing the Services.
Service Providers may associate with other firms in the form of a Joint Venture to enhance their qualifications.
A Service Provider will be selected in accordance with procedures set out in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) of the Republic of Ghana.
Eligible Service Providers must submit Expressions of Interest indicating the following;
1. Company Profile including Brochures
2. Description of similar sions provided in the corporate environment
3. Evidence of an efficient functional Technical Team to provide consultant support
4. Possession of Manufacturer's Authorization in the brand equipment to be used.
