- Services to be performed shall include, but shall not be limited to the following
•General Administration of the contracts includes;
•Maintaining representatives at site in such a manner that adequate supervision of construction works and Quality Assurance are guaranteed at all times;
•Furnish timely direction to contractors in all manners related to contract compliance and progress;
•Issuing drawings a and others necessary documents to give meaning to any variations that may come up in the course of the construction;
•Preparation of Interim Payment Certificates;
•Preparation of Technical and Financial Reports;
•Preparation of Final Accounts.
