The National Board for Small Scale Industries (NBSSI) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments towards the procurement of an all –in-one Consultant for the Design and Construction of 3No. Business Incubators in Accra, Kumasi and Tamale of the Republic of Ghana.
Interested Consulting Firms should have the capacity to offer Architectural, Structural Engineering, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering and Quantity Surveying Services for the execution of the project.
Scope of Works
The Services to be performed shall include but not limited to the following: -
a) Design and provision of necessary detailed working drawings for the execution of the project.
b) Provision of Cost Estimates and Tender Documents for procurement of works.
c) Assist the National Board for Small Scale Industries in the Tender process and selection of competent Contractors for the works.
d) Undertake General Post –Contract Construction Supervision and Contract Administration.
Selection Criteria
The National Board for Small Scale Industries now invites eligible Consultants who have been in practice for a minimum of ten(10)years to express their interest by providing Technical and Financial Proposals with the following information / documents:-
i. Company Profile
ii. Technical Staff proposed for works (CV’s of Key Staff).
iii. Experience in works of similar nature in the last five years.
iv. Evidence of membership of requisite professional bodies.
v. Company’s turnover
vi. Firms would be selected in accordance with the procedures and guidelines of the Public Procurement Act 663(2003) of the Republic of Ghana.
