- The National Youth Authority intends to develop its land at Agbogbloshie –old fadama, near Korle Lagoon Development Scheme. The land measuring 69.72 Acres is bound on the North-East by Abossey Okai-Accra road, on the South-East by Korle Lagoon, on the South-west by Abossey Okai-korle Bu road and on the North West by the Abossey Okai Central Mosque and International Central Gospel.
The Authority therefore requires the services of a qualified consultancy firm to develop a well structured, modern youth centre which will comprise the following:
• Training workshops,
• Recreational facilities
• Office Accommodation,
• Business / Market area
• Residential facilities for the youth.
Interested Firms must show that they are capable of delivering the above services by providing evidence as follows:

 SSNIT Registration Certificate
 Company Profile
 Profile of Key personnel to undertake the job
 Indicate capability of handling Public – Private Partnership Project (PPP) in accordance with the National Policy on PPPs June 2011.
 Evidence of similar services executed since the Last five years.
