- The Ministry of Employment and Labour Relations (MELR) intends to construct an Ultra-Modern Storey Labour Office Complex called, the LABOUR HOUSE to accommodate its labour administration institutions through a Public Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement on a Build Operate and Transfer (BOT) basis.The Complex will be sited on a 3.2 hectare space of land at a prime area within the Ministries enclave in Accra.
The MELR therefore invites national and international firms which are eligible to indicate their interest in the construction of the Complex. Eligible and interested firms should provide information on their capabilities in the areas of Technical Expertise, Financial Engineering Capacity and experience in the execution of similar projects
