- Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) intends to apply part of its Budgetary allocation for the payment under the contract to employ Valuers to re-value buildings and equipment ultimately to renew insurance policies.
GIMPA now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, descriptions or similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, appropriate skills among staff, etc)
Interested firms should provide following as part of their Expression of Interest (EOI);
a. Profile and Capability Statement
b. Legal Status of Firm
c. Valid copies of Business Registration Certificate, SSNIT, VAT and GRA Clearance Certificates
d. Information and evidence of similar services executed since the last five (5) years.
e. Signed Curriculum Vitae (CV) of Management Staff of the Company (Key Staff Competencies and Experience)
f. Audited accounts for the last three (3) years.
g. Certificate of Memberships of the Institute of Surveyors
