Description:: The Ghana Civil Aviation Authority intends to apply part of its budgetary allocations to fund eligible payments towards Scientific Cleaning of GATA.

The Scope of services under the assignments include, but not limited to the following activities;

a. Daily cleaning of offices, washrooms, pantry and common areas which include emptying of bins, polishing of wood and glass surfaces, sanitizing of telephones, dusting, mopping of floors and scrubbing of wash hand basin/sink
b. Daily sweeping / picking of general surroundings
c. Daily supply of approved quality toiletries
d. Daily cleaning of doors
e. Weekly cleaning of glazed windows
f. Weekly scrubbing of tiled areas of the pantry
g. Weekly dusting of all built-in cabinets
h. Quarterly cleaning of ceiling lights
i. Quarterly polishing of floor tiled areas
j. Quarterly polishing of wall tiled areas
k. Quarterly cleaning of alucobond cladding
l. Supply of automatic fragrance dispenser/refill in the various washrooms
m. Supply of automatic paper towel dispenser/refill in all washrooms
n. Supply of automatic soap dispenser/refill
o. Supply of automatic hand sanitizer dispenser / refill
