- The Ghana Academy of Arts and Sciences intends to contract a facility management firm to run and manage the Academy Headquarters and Auditorium Complex located within the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) enclave, Liberation Link, Accra.
The services include but not limited to the following;
1. Operating and managing the auditorium and related meeting rooms
2. Academy guest room facilities
3. Kitchen and restaurant services
4. Audio-visual services
5. General cleaning services
6. Maintaining of parking facilities and soft landscaping
7. General servicing and maintenance of lifts, air conditioners, generators, pumps and other related mechanical installations
8. General maintenance of power installations
9. Plumbing and sewage
10. Management and energy usage building
11. Telephone and allied facilities maintenance
12 General building maintenance
13. Security Services
The Academy now invites eligible management firms to indicate their interest in providing the above services
