- This request for expression of interest follows the general procurement notice for this project that appeared in the “Daily Graphic†of 7th & 14th July, 2015.
The Ghana Academy of Arts and Sciences intends to contract a facility management firm to run and manage the Academy Headquarters and Auditorium Complex located within the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) enclave, Liberation Link, of the Airport Residential Area (behind Golden Tulip Hotel), in Accra.
The services include but not limited to the following:
•Operating and managing the auditorium and related meeting rooms
• Academy guest room facilities
• Kitchen and restaurant services
•Audio-visual services
• General cleaning services
• Maintenance of parking facilities and soft landscaping
•General servicing and maintenance of lifts, air conditioners, generators, pumps, and other electro mechanical installations.
• General maintenance of power installations
•Plumbing and sewage
• Management of energy usage in building
• Telephone and allied facilities maintenance
• General building maintenance
•Security services
