- Consultancy For The Provision Of Security Services At Various Sites Of Ghana Gas ;
Lot 1 – Gas Processing Plant (GPP), Esiama Distribution Station (EDS), Atuabo Initiation Station (AIS), Pre-fabrication / Warehouse, and Atuabo Main Camp
Lot 2 – Ghana Gas Residences located at various sites at Essipon, Kikam, Nkroful, Beyin, Esiama and Aweiso (twelve – 12 residences at the said locations).
Lot 3 – Ghana Gas Head Office in Accra
Under this service order SECURITY SERVICES PROVIDER shall perform the following security services at GNGC work locations to include Gas Processing Plant (GPP) site, Esiama Distribution Station (EDS), Takoradi Regulating & Metering Station (TRMS), and Head Office in Accra, and also company residences at various locations in the Western Region.
• Work is to be carried out 24 Hours / 7 days per week
• Conduct Perimeter routine patrols, at least every two hours.
• Access Control Management of personnel, visitors and contractors
• Vehicular traffic control within the Locations
• Security searches of vehicles and when required (Staff, Contractors and Visitors)
• Patrol and location surveillance service
• Participate in emergency response drills and exercises
• On-call emergency response squad when the need arises
• Recording and documentation of all company/individual assets entering and leaving the company facility
• Provide Weekly security reports to the Security Coordinator and report all security incidents promptly to the Security Coordinator or his designate
• Conduct security incident investigations and report where applicable
• Record, report and document all security observations to the Security Coordinator
• Perform any other duties as may be specified by the Security Coordinator in Guard Orders
• Provide all appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and approved security devices for guards’ operations
• Provide applicable self-defence security equipment for guards
• Ensure all guards are recognisable with the correct uniform and fit for duty
• Ensure all guards have a system of communication other than mobile phones.
• Supply the Photos and ID information on each guard and supervisor for client approval
• Static guard locations should be equipped with the correct equipment for the location i.e. under car mirrors, torches, batons, body search metal detector wands, personal alarm system (emergency siren)
• A flexible attitude to the changing situation of a construction project as needs reflect
