- A. The Bui Power Authority intends to apply part of its Internally Generated Funds (IGF) to fund eligible payments under a framework agreement for the Supply of Specialised Plant and Equipment Spare Parts (Magnetostrictive Level Transmitter, RTDs, Under Voltage Relay, Soft Starter, Solenoid Drain Valve, Automatic Air Supply Valve, Cymometer, Manometer, CO2 Host Control Box etc.)
Supply of Specialised Plant and Equipment Spare Parts (\Magnetostrictive level transmitter, RTDs, Under Voltage Relay, Soft Starter, Contactor, Solenoid Drain Valve, Automatic Air Supply Valve, Cymometer, Manometer, CO2 Host Control Box etc.)
A. The Bui Power Authority now invites prospective Suppliers to be pre-qualified for the supply of specialised Plant and Equipment spare parts. Prequalification will be conducted through prequalification procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003(Act 663) as amended, and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
B. A complete set of prequalification documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers at the Front Desk, BPA Head Office from Friday, April 6, 2018 between the hours of 09:00hrs-16;hrs GMT each working day upon Payment of a non-refundable fee of GHC 500.00 in cash or at Fidelity Bank Ghana Ltd ,Head Office ( A/C: 1070032512613)
C. Applications for prequalification should be submitted in sealed envelopes and clearly marked “Application to Prequalify for the supply of specialised Plant and Equipment Spare Partsâ€
D. Application must be supported with the following;
• Valid Company Registration Certificate (Certificate of Incorporation and Commencement of Business)
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Vat Certificate
• Evidence of experience and past performance on similar supplies in the Energy Sector. ( Power Generating Companies)
E. Prequalification documents must be submitted to the address below on or before 11:00hrs GMT, on the Friday, May 4, 2018.Late submissions will be rejected.
