- 1. Bank of Ghana (hereinafter referred to as the “Bank”) desires to engage a firm for provision of a Local Area Network at its regional office in Sunyani.
2. The works include, among others:
• Supply and Installation of Active Network Switches and Routers
• Supply and Installation of Structured Cabling
• Provision of Fibre Optic Cabling back bone
3. The Bank now invites eligible Applications for Pre-qualification for the SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF LOCAL AREA NETWORK AT BANK OF GHANA SUNYANI OFFICE.
5. The Bank will issue Tender Documents to those Pre-Qualified tenderers that demonstrate sufficient capacity to implement the Works. It is expected that Invitations for Tenders for the SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF LOCAL AREA NETWORK AT BANK OF GHANA SUNYANI OFFICE will be issued to the pre-qualified firms to submit quotations.
6. Applications for Pre-Qualification must be submitted in sealed envelopes (one (1) original and three (3) copies), clearly marked:
“SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF LOCAL AREA NETWORK AT BANK OF GHANA SUNYANI OFFICE”
to the address below on or before Monday, 19th June, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.

7. Applications received after the time and date stated above shall not be considered and shall not be accepted.
8. Interested Applicants shall provide the following information as part of their application:
i. Certificate of registration of firm (include list of Directors).
ii. Evidence of previous works of similar nature executed within the past three (3) years with contract sum of not less than GH₵ 1,000,000.00 (incl. taxes) Attach copies of:
• Award letters
• Client References
iii. Certified Audited Accounts for two (2) years from 2020 showing the company’s ability to undertake the project.
iv. Curriculum Vitae (CV) of:
• Managerial Staff
• Technical Staff
v. Valid Business Registration Certificates with TIN (Certificate of Incorporation, Certificate to Commence Business and Business Registration Form 3)
vi. Valid GRA VAT Registration Certificate
vii. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
viii. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
ix. Valid Labour Certificate
x. Evidence of valid registration with the Public Procurement Authority
9. The Applicant is expected to furnish all information or documentation required by this Pre-qualification Document. Failure to provide all the information or documentation as requested may lead to the rejection of the Application at the discretion of the Bank.
