Description:: Cocoa Marketing Company (Gh.) Limited (CMC) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under contract for the Whitewashing of its Warehouses and Sheds at Tema, Takoradi and Kumasi.

The objective of this invitation is to shortlist Service Providers who will be considered under a fixed budget labour-only contract for the provision of the under-listed jobs:

1 Whitewashing of warehouses, pallets, scales, doors, etc - Tema
2 Whitewashing of warehouses, pallets, scales, doors, etc - Takoradi
3 Whitewashing of warehouses, pallets, scales, doors, etc - Kumasi

The aggregate number of firms to be shortlisted for the job shall not exceed fifteen (15).

Cocoa Marketing Company (Gh.) Limited therefore invites interested and eligible firms and service providers to submit applications to be considered for the above-mentioned jobs.

Tenderers shall be awarded contract for only one Lot in a contract package.

Contract shall be for one (1) year renewable for a further year subject to satisfactory performance.

This invitation for pre-qualification is open to potential applicants who are able to demonstrate proven technical, financial and managerial capacity to undertake whitewashing of cocoa sheds.

Prospective service providers and contractors must have carried out same or similar jobs for CMC and/or other Institutions and must demonstrate the willingness and commitment to meet the pre-qualification criteria.
