Supply, Installation, Configuration, Integration And Development Of Asset Tagging And Tracking Solution For Bank Of Ghana.
The Bank of Ghana (hereinafter referred to as the “Bank”) desires to purchase a software solution that leverages the benefits of the latest asset tagging and tracking technology including passive RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) with the purpose of tracking easily movable assets and QR Code for other assets in its offices and designated residences throughout the Country.

The Bank now invites Applications for Pre-qualification for the SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, CONFIGURATION, INTEGRATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF ASSET TAGGING AND TRACKING SOLUTION FOR BANK OF GHANA.

A complete set of the pre-qualification document may be downloaded from the Bank of Ghana website www.bog.gov.gh or a copy collected from the Estate and Projects Department during the working hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm.


The main objective of the Request for Proposal for Pre-qualification is to provide among others:

• A fixed Asset Inventory Solution which shall support the classification, asset tagging process, inventory policy;

• Provide usable management information including functionality and reporting capabilities sufficient to control the acquisitions and disposition of assets, movement of those assets within the Bank and establish accountability for any loss;

• To ensure effective asset auditing and location identification of individual assets; and

• To prevent non-existing assets as well as accounting for boarded or retired assets

The Bank will issue Tender Documents to those Pre-Qualified tenderers that demonstrate sufficient capacity to implement the Works. It is expected that Invitations for Tenders for the Supply, Installation, Configuration, Integration and Development of Asset Tagging and Tracking Solution for Bank of Ghana will be issued to the pre-qualified firms to submit quotations.

Interested Applicants shall provide the following information as part of their application:

i. Legal status of the firm, Consortia must provide evidence of:
• The agreement
• Power of Attorney of the leading firm
ii. Evidence of previous works executed within the past three (3) years and their contract sums in Ghana Cedis. Attach copies of:
• Award letters
• Certificate of Completion from Clients
iii. Curriculum Vitae (CV) of:
• Managerial Staff
• Technical Staff
iv. Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years (2013, 2014 and 2015)
v. Firms must possess valid proof of business registration, SSNIT, GRA Clearance Certificates, VAT Certificates etc.
