The Ghana Immigration Service invites sealed Tenders from eligible Suppliers for the procurement of the above mentioned goods.
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (ACT 663) and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from GIS and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from 08:30 to 17:00 hours GMT.
5. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payments of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis ((GH¢ 150.00).
6. Tenderers may tender for all or any one of the Lots.
7. Tenders must be delivered to the address below at or before 10.00 hours GMT on 18th August, 2015. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All
