• Installation of vehicle mounted radios including accessories.
• Provide support in the acquisition of two radio frequency licenses in the Voltaian Basin Project area.
• Provision of airtime for the three (3) satellite phones.
• Supplier to conduct field trials in the Voltaian Basin Project area to ascertain which frequency ranges are best for proposed VHF radio coverage.
