INVITATION FOR TENDERS (IFT)
NATIONAL COMPETITIVE TENDERING (NCT)
1. The Government of the Republic of Ghana Represented by the Kpandai District Assembly has received grant from the United States Agency International Development (USAID) towards the cost of Resilience In Northern Ghana (RING) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds of the grant to cover eligible procurement of Motorbikes and Electronic Office equipment.
2. The Kpandai District Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible and qualified tenderers for the supply the following:
LOT DESCRIPTION QUANTITY BID SECURITY GHC.
1 Motor cycle 16 Minimum 2% of tender price
2 Assorted Electronic Office equipment Various Minimum 2% of tender price
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NTC) procedures specified in the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act 2016 (Act 914) and is open to eligible source countries as define in the Public Procurement Guidelines.
4. Interested Tenderers may purchase a complete set of Tender Documents in English at the Office of the Kpandai District Assembly, Kpandai at a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHC 200.00) during working hours.
All tenders must be accompanied by the following valid documents:
Tax Clearance Certificate
Social Security Clearance Certificate
Register General’s Certificate of Incorporation and Certificate to Commence Business.
Labour Clearance Certificate
VAT Registration Certificate
5. Completed tender documents shall be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 hours GMT on Friday 23rd December 2016, at which time tender will be opened in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who may wish to attend at the District Chief Executive office, Kpandai.
