INVITATION FOR TENDER (NCT)
SUPPLY OF AGRICULTURAL TOOLS / INPUTS
CONTRACT IDENTIFICATION NO:KpDA/RING/AT/2017/02
1. The Kpandai District Assembly intends to apply part of budgetary allocation from the UASID/RING Projects to fund eligible payment under the contract for procurement of Agricultural Tools / Equipment towards the realization of an effective and efficient running of the USAID/RING projects in the District.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS
Wellington boot 704, Purdue Improved Crop Storage (PICS) Bags 2,850, Tarpaulins (Light Duty) 120, Tarpaulins (Extra Heavy Duty 6, Hands Shovel, Cutlass 706, String Rope 400, Industrial / Safety Hand Gloves 400 and Rain Coats 40.
2. The Kpandai District Assembly invites sealed Tenders from eligible Suppliers for the procurement of Agricultural Tools / Inputs stated in the table above.
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, 2016 and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Board of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the District Coordinating Director and inspect the Tender Documents at the address given below from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm local time.
4. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of one Hundred Fifty Ghana Cedis only (GHC 150.00)
5. Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00am, 8th June, 2017. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security in the amount stated in the table above. Late tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 10:05am local time on Thursday 8th June, 2017.
