- The Kwaebibirem District Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors for the construction of the works indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Amendment Act, Act 914 of 2016 and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the District Co-ordinating Director and inspect the tender Document at the Address 1 given below from 09.00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT on working days.
Tender document may be purchased at the address 1 stated below for a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵200.00) only, for each set. The document will be obtained personally and an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the address 1 stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of tender document.
Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address 2 below at or before 10:00 hours GMT on 21st November, 2017. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of the Tender Figure for each package. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers representative, who chose to attend at the Conference Room of the Kwaebibirem District Assembly at 10.00 hours GMT on 21st November, 2017.
