- 1. The Sene West District Assembly has received funds from the District Assembly’s Common Fund and intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments under specific contracts whose requirements are indicated in the table below:
2. The Sene West District Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Contractors for the Construction of the Works as indicated in the table below. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement (Amended) Act, 2016 (Act 914) and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

3. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the District Co-ordinating Director, and inspect the Tender Documents at the address given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT during working days.
4. Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵300.00) only, for each set.
