INVITATION FOR TENDERS
RESTRICTED TENDER FOR PROCUREMENT OF JUTE SACKS
(IFT No. GCB/PU/HO/JB/RT/V.1/2017/02)
1. Ghana Cocoa Board intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the Contract for the Procurement of Jute Sacks.
LOT DESCRIPTION QTY. DELIVERY PERIOD DELIVERY SITE
1 Jute Sacks 74,000 Bales Within Three (3) Months after confirmed order C&F-Tema Port
2. Ghana Cocoa Board invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers for the Procurement of Jute Sacks. Tendering will be conducted through Restricted Tendering (RT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663), Amended Act, 2016 (Act 914) and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority.
3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from The Senior Procurement Manager, Ghana Cocoa Board, Cocoa House, Accra, (Room 502 respectively) from Friday, 22nd December, 2017 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. till the close of tender.
4. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of not less than Two Percent (2%) of the total Tender price from a Reputable Bank. All quotations shall be in United States Dollars.
5. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission.
6. A complete set of tender document in English may be inspected and purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred and Fifty United States Dollars (USD250.00) or its equivalent in Ghana Cedis

7. The method of payment will be by a Bankers Draft payable to Ghana Cocoa Board.
8. Tenders must be deposited in a tender box at the address below on or before Tuesday,
23rd January, 2018.

Late submission shall be rejected.
