CONTRACT PACKAGE NUMBER: AR/KATH/NCT/GS/013/001/18

The Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital Management and Entity Tender Committee intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for the Provision of Air Ticket Reservation Services.

1. The hospital is inviting interested Air Ticket /Travel Agent to submit their proposals for the provision of Ticket Reservation Services for the hospital.

2. This invitation is open to Ghanaian registered Air Ticket /Travel Agents capable of providing professional competitive Air Ticket Reservation Services.

3. Successful applicants will be required to provide Air ticket reservations for approved Management and Staff travels, both local and foreign, at the most cost effective and economical fares.

4. Successful applicants shall be required to accurately advise the hospital of ticketing deadlines and other relevant information every time reservations are made, in order to avoid cancellations of bookings.

5. Successful applicants shall provide information on airline tickets schedules.

6. Successful applicants shall propose fares/airline routings and guarantee that it shall obtain the lowest available airfare for the journey concerned. Such journeys shall be the most direct and economic routing.
