- The Kwaebibirem Municipal Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors for the construction of the works indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 663,2003 and Amendment Act, Act 914 of 2016 and the guidelines of the public procurement authority of the Republic of Ghana.
Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the Municipal Co-ordinating Director and inspect the tender document at the address given below from 09.00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT on working days.
Tender documents may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of two hundred Ghana cedis (GH 200.00) only, for each set. The documents will be obtained personally and with an application letter.
Tenderers are advised to use the address 1 given below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of tender document.
Tenders must be deposited into a box located at the address below at or before 10:00 hours GMT on 21st JUNE, 2018. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of Tender Figure for the package. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers representatives who chose to attend at the conference room of Kwaebibirem Municipal Assembly at 10:00 AM hour GMT on 21st. JUNE, 2018. Tenders must be accompanied with :
i. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate/GRA
ii. SSNIT Clearance Certificate
iii. Bid Security indicated on the above
iv. Valid Business Registration Certificate from Registrar General Department.
v. Works and Housing certificate.
vi. Evidence of registration with Kwaebibirem Municipal Assembly
A complete set of tender document, in addition to ONE additional copy sealed in an envelope should be submitted to the address below:
