- 1. The Akuapem North Municipal Assembly has made budgetary allocation for the implementation of a number of Projects in the Municipal and these are to be funded out of its District Development Funds. The Municipal Assembly therefore invites sealed Bids from eligible bidders for the execution of the under mentioned projects.
2. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering Procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663), Public Procurement (Amendment) Act 914 of the Republic of Ghana.
3. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested and eligible bidders from the office of the Akropong North Municipal Assembly from 20th June , 2018 at office hours for non-refundable fee of Two Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis (Gh¢250.00).
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Akuapem North Municipal Assembly and inspect the Tender documents from 9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m local time at Akropong from 25th June, 2018 to 6th July, 2018 In addition to the general requirement stated in the tender document, all bids are to be accompanied by the following documents:
I. Valid Ministry of Water Resources Works and Housing Certificate
II. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
III. Valid IRS Clearance Certificate.
IV. Valid Labour Certificate.
V. Bid Security/Bond.
VI. Valid company registration certificate of Akuapem North Municipal Assembly
5. Sealed Tender Marked with respective ‘Project Description and location’ shall be deposited in the ‘Tender Box’ at the Assembly conference Room on or before 6th July, 2018 and Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenders or their representatives who choose to attend.
6. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of the tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender security of 2% of the Tender price. Late Tenders will not be accepted, Complete set of Tender documents, and additional copies, sealed in an envelope should be submitted to the address below:
