- 1. The National Commission on Culture intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for the supply of Vehicles with for IFT. No: GR/NCC/GD/0001/2018 as follows:

2. The National Commission on Culture invites sealed tenders from eligible suppliers for the supply of Vehicles with the following valid documents:
a. Certificate of Registration within the Republic of Ghana
b. Certificate to commence business within the Republic of Ghana
c. Certificate of Registration as per the Income Tax Act of Ghana
d. Value Added Tax (VAT) Certificate
e. SSNIT Certificate
f. GRA Certificate
g. TIN
h. The tenderer must be registered with PPA and must provide PPA registered certificate.
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended in the Guidelines for the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Executive Director of the National Commission on Culture and purchase the bidding documents at the address and location given from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm local time from Wednesday 29th August, 2018.
5. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Cedis (GhC 200.00) for each set. The document will be obtained personally and with a written application letter.
6. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of Total Tender Price from a reputable bank. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the conference Room of the National Commission on Culture at 10:00am local time on Wednesday September 26th, 2018.
7. Tenders must be delivered to the address below at 10:00am on or before Tuesday September25, 2018.
