- Procurement of Digital Aerial Photography, Production of Digital Colour Orthophoto Maps and Digital Topographic Vector Maps Covering the whole of Ghana.
1. The Government of Ghana has applied for financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Second Land Administration Project Additional Financing, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of Digital Aerial Photography, Production of Digital Colour Orthophoto Maps and Digital Topographic Vector Maps covering the whole of Ghana. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing.
2. Bidders may Bid for one or several contracts, as further defined in the Bidding Document. Bidders will, however, be awarded a contract for only one lot.
3. The Lands Commission of the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Digital Aerial Photography, Production of Digital Colour Orthophoto Maps and Digital Topographic Vector Maps covering the whole of Ghana.
4. Qualification requirements for Bidders are:
5. Bidder must have completed two (2) successful contracts involving the production of Digital Aerial Photography, Production of Digital Colour Orthophoto Maps and Digital Topographic Vector Maps in the last 5 years.
6. For financial viability, the Bidder should demonstrate an average annual turnover of at least a minimum of US$6.0 million in the last five (5) years, and liquidity of at least a minimum of US$1.0 million for each Lot.
