- 1. The Tema Metropolitan Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments of the under listed projects in the Metropolis.
2. The Tema Metropolitan Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors for the construction of the works indicated in the table below. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act (Act 663), 2003 and Public Procurement Amendment Act (Act 914), 2016.
3. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Metropolitan Co-ordinating Director and inspect the tender document at the address given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT on working days.
4. Tender document (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) only, for each set. The document will be obtained personally and with an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of tender document.
5. Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address below at or before 10:00 hours GMT on 12th November,2018. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 140 days after the deadline of tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of the amount/s stated in the table above for each package. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderer’s representatives who choose to attend at the New Assembly Hall of the Tema Metropolitan Assembly at 10.20 hours GMT on 12th November, 2018.
