Tender Name:: RENOVATION OF 4 â€“ UNIT CLASSROOM BLOCK WITH OFFICE AND STORE AT KPEDZE â€“ TODZE

Tender Description:: 1. The Ho West District Assembly of the Republic of Ghana has been allocated its District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF) as part of its budgetary allocation to cover the cost of Development Projects and intends to apply part of these funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract:

AND STORE AT KPEDZE â€“ TODZE
2. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the public procurement Amendment Act 2016 (914) and Guideline of the Public Procurement Authority.

3. Complete set of tender document in English may be inspected and purchased during normal working hours from 20th Novemberâ€“ 13th December, 2018.

4. The Ho West District Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the Renovation of the above projects.

5. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90days after opening and must be accompanied by 2% of the Tender price valid for 120days.

6. Complete set of tender documents in English may be inspected and purchased at the address stated below for a non- refundable fee of GHÂ¢400.00.

7. Tenders shall be delivered to the address specified below on or before 13th December, 2018 at 10:00 GMT, at which time they will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
