- The Hospital Management and Entity Tender Committee intend to apply part of its
budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for the Outsourcing of
Security Services at some locations within the hospital and some staff residences to secure
its assets, staff, property and visitors.
The Public Procurement Act, 663 2003 provisions and the Public Procurement Amendment
Act, 914,2016 of the Republic of Ghana 2016 will govern this tender and its resulting
contract.
