SUNYANI MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY
The Sunyani Municipal Assembly is the central institution within the Municipality responsible for planning, implementation and management of developmental programmes.
In line with the above mandate, the Sunyani Municipal Assembly is inviting proposals from investors to collaborate with them in the area of Public Private Partnership (PPP) under Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) arrangement for the following activities:
a. Redevelopment of Nana Bosoma Market: The existing market is sitting on 30.93 Acres of land.
b. Development of Shops, Offices and Conference Rooms on Parcel of Land: The parcel of land under consideration is One Acre in size, and is directly opposite the Regional Police Headquarters and very close to the Office of Sunyani Municipal Assembly.
Sunyani Municipal Assembly invites Expression of Interest (EoI) for the above mentioned projects from qualified and experienced firms.
Firms are to indicate their preference in which of the two facilities they are interested.
EoI should be submitted not later than 15th January, 2019 by 12:30pm at the Office of the Municipal Chief Executive, Sunyani Municipal Assembly, P.O. Box 25 Sunyani.
Only shortlisted firms will be contacted.
