INVITATION TO BID
The Bosomtwe District Assembly (BDA) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation from its share of Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFund) District Assembly Common Fund (DACF) through the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development to fund eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of the listed Works Contracts.
BDA invites sealed Tenders from eligible interested Contractors for the procurement of the under listed works. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) and Act 2016 (Act 914) as Amended and the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
