- The Krowor Municipal Assemly intends to apply Part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for the Supply of 2no. 4 x4 Pick-Up Vehicles to support their activities..
2. The Krowor Municipal Assemly now invites sealed tenders from eligible manufactures or their authorized representatives for the Supply of the goods listed in the schedule of requirement, section IV of this Tender Document and detail below in table 1.

3 Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement (Act 663) as Amendmended ,and is open to all eligible firms registered under the Laws of the Republic of Ghana.
4 As part of the eligibility criteria for this tender,all tenderers are requested to register onto the Ghana Public Procurement AuthorityÂ’s (PPA) Database and submit evidence of registration with their tender submission.This is a mandatory requirement for all Tenderers.
5. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the procurement unit of Krowor Municipal Assembly and inspect the tender documents during working hours at the address given below:

6. A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below:
and upon a payment of a nonrefundable fee of Ghc.250.00 for each set.
7. Tenders must be delivered to the address below: at or before 10:00am on Monday, February 4, 2019. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security in Ghana Cedis not less than 2% of the tender price.Tender Security must be in the form of a bank guarantee or insurance bonds from a reputble bank or Insurance company respectively.
Late tenders would be rejected. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the TenderersÂ’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 10:00am on Monday, February 4, 2019.
