INVITATION TO TENDER
The SDA Nursing and Midwifery Training College, Kwadaso – Kumasi intend to apply part of its Internally Generated Fund to fund eligible payments under the contract for Procurement of MERCANTILE, DOMESTIC AND FROZEN FOODS through Framework Agreement.
The successful Tenderer will enter into a Framework Agreement with the Purchaser, under which Purchaser will issue Purchase orders/Call-offs to the Supplier for supply of mercantile food products, Domestic foods, and Frozen foods.
Tender will be conducted in accordance with procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003, (Act 663), as amended.
1. The SDA Nursing and Midwifery Training College, Kwadaso invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the supply of food items indicated above.
2. Tender document may be inspected and purchased at the office of the Procurement Officer during normal working hours from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm for a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢200.00) for a document.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit between 8:30am to 4:00 pm each working day from 16th January, 2019 onward.
