Tender Description:: The Northern Electricity Distribution Company Limited (NEDCo) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation toward the payments for the supply of Distribution Transformers under Call-off Contracts that may be awarded under the Framework Agreement (FA) concluded through this RFT Primary Procurement process.

NEDCo now invites sealed Tenders from eligible International Tenderers for the supply of:
Distribution Transformers - Qty Various

3. The Framework Agreement to be concluded will be: Single-Supplier.
The selection of a Framework Agreement Supplier to be awarded a Call-off Contract will be done through a Secondary Procurement process as defined in Framework Agreement. The conclusion of the Framework Agreement does not guarantee that a FA Supplier will be awarded a Call-off Contract.
Tendering will be conducted through Competitive Procurement using a Request for Tenders (RFT) as specified in the in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
The Framework Agreement shall be concluded for a Term of one year from the commencement date stated in the Framework Agreement.
The Primary Procurement shall establish a Closed Framework Agreement(s).
