Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding document between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday at the Principal’s Office, St. Louis College of Education-Kumasi.
Interested eligible bidders must submit application letter with non refundable fee of GH₵ 150.00 to purchase a copy of the tender document from the day of this advert.
Tenders are required to submit the following:
i. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
ii. Business Registration Certificate.
iii. VAT Registration Certificate.(excluding domestic food product}
iv. Tender Securing Declaration Form must be signed and stamped.
v. Tender validity period 90days
vi. PPA Registration Certificate or Receipt
Sealed bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday 28th February, 2019 at 10:30am. Late submission will be rejected.
