- The Kwaebibirem Municipal Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors for the construction of the works indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 663,2003 and Amendment Act, Act 914 of 2016 and the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
Tendering is open all eligible tenderers under the National Competitive Tendering Procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) and Amendment Act 2016 (Act 914) as the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of The Republic Of Ghana.
A complete set of tender documents may be inspected and purchased for a non- refundable fee of ₵300.00 (three Hundred Ghana Cedis per document (printed /or electronic) at the office of the Kwaebibirem Municipal Assembly, Kade, between the hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm on Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
Sealed Tender Documents must be deposited in the “tender box†at the Municipal administration block not later than Monday, 14th March, 2019. In addition to the general requirements stated in the tender document all bidders should provide the following
i. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate/GRA registration block
ii. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
iii. Valid Business Registration Certificate from Registrar General Department.
iv. Valid Works and Housing certificate.
v. Valid labour certificate
vi. Works program
vii. Evidence of registration with PUBLIC PROCUREMENT AUTHORITY PPA).
