INVITATION FOR BIDS
NATIONAL COMPETITVE TENDERING
The AHAFO ANO SOUTH EAST DISTRICT ASSEMBLY in the Ashanti Region intends to apply part of its share of the District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF) to cover eligible payment for contract which requirement are indicated in the Table below:

2. The AHAFO ANO SOUTH EAST DISTRICT ASSEMBLY now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers/Contractors for the REHABILITION OF 1NO 6- UNIT CLASSROOM BLOCK, WITH OFFICE, STAFF COMMON ROOM, LIBRARY AND STORE AT ASUADEI D/A BASIC SCHOOL and COMPLETE THE CONSTRUCTION OF A HEALTH CENTRE AT ABESEWA.
Tender is open to all eligible contractors/Tenderers (D3K3)
3. Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address state below for a non-refundable fee of GH₵300.00 for each set. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information at the same address.
4. Tender shall be valid for a period of 180 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by Tender security of 2% of the total Contract Sum in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee from a recognized Bank or Tender Bond from and an insurance firm currently in good standing with the national insurance commission and shall be delivered to the address specified below on or before 10:00am on Thursday, 21st march, 2019 at which time they will be opened at the conference room of the District Assembly in the presence of the tenderers who wish to attend.
All tender must be accompanied by the following valid documents.
1. Valid business registration certificate
2. Valid GRA tax clearance certificate
3. Labour Certificate
4. Valid Social Security and National Insurance Trust Certificate
5. Valid work and housing certificate (D3K3)
6. Valid PPA Registration Certificate or evidence of Registration with PPA
