INVITATION FOR TENDER
NATIONAL COMPETITIVE TENDERING (NCT
1. Kumasi Technical University intends to apply part of its 2019 budgetary allocation for the Procurement of the following under listed Works;

AR/KsTU/WK/003/19 DRAINS, CONCRETE PAVINGS AND SEALING OF ROADS
AT THE MAIN CAMPUS
2. Kumasi Technical University now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Contractors. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents at the Procurement Unit, of Kumasi Technical University located at the 3rd Floor of the ‘MP Block’ from 8:00am to 4:00pm local time from Friday, 1st March, 2019.
4. A complete set of Tender document in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application letter to the address below and upon the payment of non-refundable fees of GHC300.00 5. Completed tender document sealed in an envelope, bearing the Project’s name should be addressed to:
THE AG. REGISTRAR, KUMASI TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY, P.O. BOX 854, KUMASI and deposit in the tender box, located at Registrar’s Office, Main Administration Block- (3rd Floor), Kumasi on or before 10:00am on THURSDAY, 21ST MARCH, 2019.
6. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Two Percent (2%) of the Tender Price. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter, in the presence of the Tenderers representatives who choose to attend at the Council Chamber, Main Administration Block (4th Floor)
7. Tenderers are required to provide the following information;
