- 1. Ada East District Assembly wishes to apply part of its DISTRICT ASSEMBLY COMMON FUND AND GETFUND EMERGENCY PROJECTS ALLOCATION to fund eligible payments under contracts for the procurement of the under listed work.
2. Ada East District Assembly now invites sealed tenders from qualified contractors for the Construction of the following projects within the district.
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663), Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act 914) and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. Interested eligible Tenderers shall be required to produce the following:
i. Valid Business Registration Certificate (Certificate of Incorporation)
ii. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
iii. Valid Income Tax Certificate
iv. Valid Labour Certificate
v. Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate (D3K3 or Above)
vi. Valid Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate
vii. Tender Security (GH₵ 10,000.00)
5. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on submission of application to the address below and upon payment of a non – refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (Gh₵300.00).
6. Tender must be signed, sealed and deposited in the “Tender Box†in the Works Department office of the Assembly on or before 10:00am on Thursday, 14th March, 2019. Late submission of Tender shall be rejected. Tenders shall be opened immediately in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend. Tender shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of bid submission.
