Tender Description:: 1. Detailed specifications and quantities are provided in the Bidding documents. 2. Bidding is open to private, public or government-owned legal entities. 3. Bidding documents in English may be purchased from the PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT, VOLTA RIVER AUTHORITY, LOCATED 2 KILOMETERS OFF TEMA MOTORWAY ROUNDOUT TO AFLAO ROAD, (OPPOSITE THE TEMA STEEL WORKS). The method of payment will be by cash or by certified cheque issued in the name of the Volta River Authority. 4. Bids would be on sale between 0900 hrs to 1500 hrs (GMT) each working day from December 18, 2006 â€“ February 5, 2007. 5. Bidders shall submit with each Tender, a Tender Security as stated ove in US Dollars or its equivalent Ghanaian cedis or a freely convertible currency. 6.
